Pebble Cove Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand - Fragrant tropical fruit with lychees and layers of tropical notes. Parcels from Marlborough create a wine brimming with varietal character, balance and elegance. The nose is lifted and fresh with notes of tropical passionfruit and grapefruit that lead to an expressive mid-palate with refreshing acidity to balance the ripe fruit characteristics. The tropical fruit on the palate and fresh acidity combine to create an expressive, lively Sauvignon Blanc. Beautiful with barbequed seafood – especially prawns, fish, also mezze plates.
Coeur de Rose Reserve from Provence - Clear, elegant robe. Floral nose with subtle notes of red berries. The palate is fresh and tender with hints of citrus. The parcels are located on a base of gneissic granite as well as the well-drained sand near the coast. The vines are grown both in the plain of Cuers as well as the Presque’ile de St. Tropez, each having ideal exposure and benefitting from
an advantageous Mediterranean micro-climate. The maritime presence helps regulate a balanced temperature and with the dry air it permits the grapes to ripen with a deeper concentration of the natural sugars.
Poiema Pinot Noir from Sonoma - Aromas of black cherry and cola with floral notes lead to a lush palate of ripe cherry, pomegranate, dark fruit, spice and vanilla. This wine drinks beautifully by itself, and is delightfully food friendly.
Sustainably farmed and made with a judicious, minimalist approach to oak, the fruit shines through to showcase the balanced, complex yet elegant style that can be made in California.
