In 1987, three friends came together to establish Domaine du Chardonnay with just 11 acres of vines. Today, the domaine spans 34.5 hectares, with only estate-grown grapes vinified and aged in its own cellars. Reflecting the balance of tradition and innovation found in the Chablis region, the winemaking philosophy honors time-honored methods while embracing modern precision. Every step—from grape to must to wine—is guided by deep respect for the land and a commitment to quality, supported by evolving expertise and meticulous control throughout the process.
