If there’s a problem with your shipment, please contact us within 30 days and we would be happy to find a resolution and send out a replacement or offer a refund, discount or credit for future purchase.

Please note that we do not facilitate returns on undamaged orders. Due to the sensitivity of the product and the shipping cost restraints we can only offer refunds for shipment caused damage. In the event of wrong items or damaged shipment we will ask for simple photos of the products for our own training purposes.
