Shipping, Delivery & Will Call



Although we'd love to ship everywhere, Inside The Cellar can only ship Alcohol to the following states:

AK, CA, CO, CT, DC, GA, FL, ID, IA, IL, IN, LA, MD, ME, MI, MN,  MO, MT, NE, NV, NY, NM, NC, OH, OR, RI, SC, TN, TX VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, and WY.

For orders containing only Non Alcoholic products, we ship to all 50 states.

Orders are shipped within 3 business days of being received, unless otherwise notified.


All orders with alcohol require a 21+ adult signature (identification is checked) at the time of delivery or will call pick-up. If there is no adult signature - your order will not be delivered. Please plan accordingly. (We cannot ship to PO Boxes).

Inside The Cellar ships via FedEx Ground. Rates are calculated at the time of checkout and include a $4.00 FedEx adult signature charge.

 

Will Call Orders

Will Call orders can be picked up from our warehouse location at 13017 La Dana Ct., Santa Fe Springs, M-F 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

All will call orders must be picked up within 6 weeks of the order being ready. Any orders not picked up will be restocked or disposed. Due to freshness issues, for certain products if your order is not picked up within 6 weeks there are no refunds.

 

Delivery and Redelivery Attempts

On orders containing alcohol, there must be an ADULT SIGNATURE for the order to be delivered – if the delivery provider cannot deliver with an adult signature with proof of 21 years of age, after several attempts your order will be sent back to us (most carriers attempt 3 deliveries before returning the shipment to us). In these situations, if you would like us to redeliver your order, we will be happy to do so but you will be charged for the re-delivery as unfortunately we will be charged again as well.


Terms and Conditions of Sales

All products are sold as-is. Old and Library wines and beers are not guaranteed for drink ability. Except for wines with cork taint or other defaults, wines sold in California cannot be returned. Wines and craft beers with faults should be returned with the remaining product corked in the original bottle. All wines and craft beers are purchased in accordance with the laws of the state of California. In no event shall Inside the Cellar’s liability exceed the purchase price paid for the item in question.
