With roots in Italian and Spanish heritage, the Roca family has cultivated 114 hectares of vineyards for over 90 years in San Rafael, Mendoza. At 2,300 feet above sea level, this high desert oasis—with its low rainfall, intense sun, and cool nights—encourages slow grape ripening for balanced, complex fruit. Named after the Ombu tree, a cultural symbol of the Argentine gaucho known for offering shelter and comfort, Ombu wines reflect a deep winemaking legacy and the joy of sharing great wine with family and friends.
