Cascina Adelaide began in 1817 as a group of vine growers. The estate was bought over 20 yrs ago by Amabile Drocco who immediately updated the estate by building a modern underground cellar, introducing a new barrel system and more than doubling the size of the vineyards. A wine that encloses all the power of Barolo and the scents of La Morra land.
Dark, ruby color, an unmistakable character of La Morra, with great richness and structure. Wonderful aromas and flavors of ripe black fruits like of plums, black cherry, strawberry and mulberry followed by balsamic and spice drawing together with tannic layers on the long, silky finish.
