Corte Pavone is a true bio-pioneer, converted to organic and biodynamic farming in the early 1970s by founder Rainer Loacker. Located 1,500 feet above sea level in Montalcino’s Casanuova area, it remains one of the region’s highest estates. Today, winemaker Hayo Loacker follows a 100% organic approach from vineyard to cellar. Aging takes place in a distinctive mix of Slavonian casks, French barriques, and Austrian oak barrels, adding depth and character to each wine. With its high-altitude vineyards, natural farming, and unique aging techniques, Corte Pavone delivers pure, expressive wines rooted in tradition and terroir.
