Crafted with 100% natural ingredients and no artificial colors or additives, GinRosa is a timeless Italian aperitif dating back to 1885. Created in a small lab behind a bar in Milan’s Piazza San Babila, it was named by Annunciata Bourne, who envisioned a softer alternative to bold reds like Campari and Aperol. Bitter was added in 1910, and by 1930, the recipe was perfected with select herbs and distilled juniper berries. Today, GinRosa remains elegant, refreshing, and true to its Milanese roots.
Today GinRosa is served in many specialty wine bars, restaurants, famous gourmet stores. It also has been served since 1885 at the original historical bar called GINROSA situated at Milano Piazza San Babila.

1) - 1/2 once di GinRosa
2) - 1/2 oz. of Italian Prosecco
3) - 6 ice cubes
4) - sparking water, soda, seltzer
5) - 1/2 orange 🍊 slice
