A garnet red color with fresh red fruit aromas on a spicy background of rosemary and sage. The palate is generous with supple fruit flavors of raspberry and ripe cherries and layers of licorice, spice, and olives on the long finish.
Enjoy with charcuterie, grilled meat, pasta with sauce or creamy cheeses. Serve it slightly cooled during summer.
