The fine bubbles develop slowly in deep underground cellars, protected from light and kept at consistent, cool temperatures with ideal humidity. Straw color with golden hues. Slow-evolving, fine and persistent bubbles. Clean and bright. Pleasant evolution with a silky froth against a vanilla, ripe fruit, toasted and truffle background. Very long and complex aftertaste where vanilla stands out on a toasted and butter background resulting from the long aging process.
