Larry Schaffer, owner and winemaker, has continued to evolve his craft and favors old world winemaking techniques—all reds are foot stomped and fermented 100% whole cluster; only older French oak is used or stainless steel; his wines are not racked during fermentation; and he favors working with varieties that in and of themselves provide distinctiveness.
